See exactly what your business is doing — in real time
Most South African SME owners check their bank balance to understand their business. That tells you what already happened. A live BI dashboard tells you what's happening now — GP% by product line, which customers are profitable, where cash is being held up — so you can act before it costs you more.
What we deliver
Every dashboard is built to answer specific business questions — not to look impressive in a demo.
GP% by product, customer, or sales rep — updated daily, no manual calculation. See exactly which lines are making money and which are quietly losing it.
Debtors, creditors, and bank position in one view. See exactly what's due in the next 30 and 60 days — so cash shortfalls aren't surprises.
Automatic debtor aging with alerting. Know which accounts are overdue, by how much, and for how long — before your cash flow feels it.
Conversion rates, pipeline value, and deal velocity across your team. Know which reps are closing and where leads are stalling.
Identify slow-moving stock before it becomes a writeoff. Track days-on-hand by SKU and flag reorder points automatically.
Weekly and monthly reports generated and emailed automatically. No manual compilation, no waiting for someone to pull the numbers together on a Monday morning.
How it works
From first call to live dashboard in 2–4 weeks.
We connect to your existing data sources — Sage, QuickBooks, Pastel, Excel, SQL — and document the specific decisions you need the dashboard to support. No generic templates.
Dashboard built in Power BI or a custom React application, connected to live data. You see working software within the first week — not a mockup, not a slideshow.
We train your team, document everything, and stay available for the first 30 days. You own the dashboard completely — source, connections, and documentation.
Built with
Within the first week of having the dashboard, we identified two product lines running at negative margin. We'd been selling them for three years without knowing.

How much does a business intelligence dashboard cost in South Africa?
BI dashboard projects at Yuvati typically start from R35,000 for a focused single-domain dashboard — for example, a profitability view or a debtors tracker — rising to R80,000–R150,000 for multi-source, multi-department implementations. We scope precisely on the discovery call and provide a fixed quote before any work begins. No ongoing licence fees on custom builds.
How long does it take to build?
Most focused dashboards are live within 2–3 weeks of scoping sign-off. More complex implementations connecting multiple data sources typically take 4–8 weeks. You see working software throughout — not a big reveal at the end. A working version of your dashboard is usually visible within the first week of the build phase.
Do I need to replace my existing accounting software?
No. We connect to your existing systems — Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Pastel, Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL databases. The dashboard reads from what you already have. You keep your current tools and gain visibility on top of them. We have never asked a client to change their accounting package to use a Yuvati dashboard.
What data sources can you connect to?
We connect to most South African business tools: Sage Business Cloud, Sage Evolution, QuickBooks, Xero, Pastel, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Google Sheets, Excel (local or SharePoint), and most REST APIs. If your system has an export function or an API, we can likely connect to it. We confirm this on the first call before committing to anything.
Will the dashboard keep itself up to date?
Yes. The dashboard updates automatically from your source systems on a schedule you control — hourly, daily, or near real-time depending on what your data source allows. You don't need to export anything, run scripts, or remember to refresh it. It always shows you current numbers.
Is my financial data secure? What about POPIA?
All connections are encrypted in transit and at rest. Azure-hosted dashboards comply with POPIA requirements for data storage and access control. We document data flows so your team understands exactly where data goes and who can see it. We don't retain your financial data beyond what's needed to render the dashboard, and we can sign a data processing agreement before work begins.
Let's find where you're losing money
The discovery call is free. We'll talk about what's slowing your business down — whether that's no visibility into your numbers, outdated software, or too much manual work. Yuvati will give you an honest view of what would help, and whether we're the right fit to build it.
